For those who like to have all of their messaging services centralized in one single app, Ferdi offers a free “all-in-one” client that gets to the point.
Community fork of the famous Franz, Ferdi offers a version embellished with new features, and stripped of those deemed superfluous. It is also 100% compatible with its model (which allows you to use your Franz login and password there) and also allows you to unlock the “Premium” function without going to checkout.
Knowing that the official version of Franz is now limited to 3 services for a free account, we immediately understand the interest of this alternative edition.
For a complete list of changes from the original client, I invite you to consult the project’s GitHub, and more specifically this section.
Ferdi is available for free for Windows, macOS and Linux, and the client is available on the official website.
